4、 Scheme review
The project personnel shall form an audit team to audit the scheme. The audit contents include:
1. Equipment feasibility assessment
2. Equipment cost evaluation
3. Evaluation of equipment production efficiency
4. Structural feasibility assessment of each part
5、 Scheme rectification: rectify the problems discussed in the scheme review.
6、 Design scheme determined by the customer
The design scheme is handed over to the customer, who will finalize the scheme according to their needs.
7、 For design and development, the engineering department shall arrange engineers to carry out mechanism design, make machine assembly drawings and parts drawings (parts shall be marked according to national standards), select executive components and electronic control accessories, and list the list of processed parts, purchase requisition of standard parts and action instructions.
8、 Institutional audit
The Engineer shall form an audit team to audit the designed drawings. The audit contents include:
(1) Whether the appearance, function and safety of the machine are reasonable.
(2) Whether the production efficiency of the designed machine meets the needs of customers.
(3) Machine cost.
(4) The mechanism of each part shall be simple and easy to debug and maintain.
(5) All parts shall be as simple and easy to process as possible.
(6) Whether the selection of each actuator is reasonable.
9、 Parts processing and standard parts procurement
1. The part processing department shall process machine parts according to the part drawing (the part processing must be carried out in strict accordance with the part accuracy and processing technology shown on the part drawing to ensure the part accuracy and processing technology).
2. The purchaser shall contact the supplier to purchase standard parts according to the list of standard parts
The inspector shall inspect the dimensional accuracy, processing technology, model and installation size of standard parts according to the part drawing and list of standard parts. After passing the inspection, it shall be delivered to the warehouse keeper for warehousing
10、 Machine assembly
1. The assembly department shall arrange personnel to carry out machine assembly and commissioning, and the assembly personnel shall receive the processed parts and standard parts from the warehouse according to the list of processed parts and standard parts.
2. The assembly personnel shall assemble the machine in strict accordance with the assembly drawing, check whether the parts and actuator are assembled correctly, and whether the moving parts move smoothly without interfering with the connection of all fasteners and joints, so as to ensure that they are fastened in place and connected reliably.
3. The industrial control department arranges the electrical engineer to carry out machine power distribution, machine programming and debugging according to the operation manual
11、 Machine debugging
The assembler shall debug the machine according to the product engineering drawing provided by the customer, proofing after debugging, and submit it to the customer to determine the product quality
12、 Packaging and shipment
1. Check the connection of all fasteners and joints to ensure that they are fastened in place and connected reliably
2. Clean the appearance of the equipment and paste necessary signs and marks
3. Mark the disassembly position, straighten out the disassembly line and reasonably disassemble the equipment
4. Necessary protective measures (rust proof and moisture-proof).
5. Prepare machine spare parts, operation instructions, wiring diagrams and other technical data.
